Established in 1980 by Mr. V. M. Patil, backed with over three decades of experience in design, manufacturing of Food / Pharmaceutical /Chemical Equipments, turnkey solutions for Pharmaceutical, chemical industry, turnkey solution for Telecom Infrastructure, Water & sewage Pipeline infrastructure.

Our unit is accredited ISO 9001:2015, for supply of Chemical and Pharmaceutical equipment and tanks. We are situated at easily accessible location at a distance of 3 Km. from the City Railway station & Central Bus station. Our Unit is a part of Maharashtra Industrial development corporation (M. I. D. C.) plot. We are well equipped with Machineries & in-house testing facility in a 1000 Sq. Mtr. Area at one facility while other facility is 600 Sq. Mtr & we have our own computer aided design (CAD) Facility, for preparing schematic & drawings.

In 2013, We entered into JV with Israel Based Company YWT Ltd. Israel, by formation of Yeshe Water Treatment India Pvt. Ltd. Which deals in Water & Waste water Treatment Plants, Water Treatment Chemicals & FRP Cooling Towers.
